Back in the Saddle is the first novel in the series. It is a marriage in trouble novel mixed with a little parent trap mixed with some forced proximity. While it is very real, it is also, I hope, inspiring. Taylor and Ciaron have been married for over 20 years. The drought and not giving everything to their marriage has caused them to grow apart and separate. Their children don’t think this is acceptable and have a few surprises up their sleeves.
We het to share some flashbacks to see what makes them so perfect together and to understand their fears. And how those fears have manifested in their current status.
